ONE
UMMAH PROGRAMS
One Ummah
works in Cambodia through American Assistance for Cambodia, an organization
run by board member Bernie Krisher. The organization leverages available
monetary and in-kind grants to build schools across the country. Each
school costs the donor $13,000 ($10,000 for construction and $3,000
used for general school account which monitors performance and maintenance.
The total cost of each school is around $30,000, which demonstrates
how effectively AAfC is able to leverage matching funds and in kind
grants.
